The PC Clinic service plans are available in three support levels, ranging from assisted self-support to on-site and customized account management:

1. 3-Way Box Programme
Our 3-way box programme helps get your PC up and running in a simple and timely manner.

2. Advanced Exchange Services
Our advanced exchange services assure immediate availability of replacement products to customers who return defective products.
This eliminates the need for repair cycles to be completed before fulfilling customer orders. We warehouse, manage, and then ship your product to customers or on-site service technicians as soon as orders are received. After defective products are returned, technicians repair the unit and place it in inventory awaiting the next order. This reduces the total repair cost, with cores being re-used.

3. Remote service  available to anyone with a high speed internet connection.
If you require remote assistance from one of our A+ certified technicians, there are a few steps to follow before we can connect, as follows:

1. First you must run this online speed test to check whether you have a minimum 1.5 mbps download speed and a 200 kbps upload speed.

If the test comes back with speeds over 1.5 mbps download and 200 kbps upload you can continue to step 2

2. Contact us via email or phone ( +39 392 46289126 ) to set up a convenient time to log in and do the work, to discuss what needs to be done and take your payment details.

3.  We will e-mail you with a link you must follow. Install the software attached to the email by following the on screen instructions.

Important note:

If you do not have a password to access your windows or Mac account, on installation of the remote control software it will ask you to insert a key. Please insert ' Milanpcclinic ' as the key.
 


4. Sit back and watch us fix everything for you!
